Maybach Music Group‘s Meek Mill and Nicki Minaj are living on cloud nine. The hip-hop couple kept everyone’s eyes glued to them at Sunday (August 28) night’s MTV Video Music Awards.

Sources tell TMZ … Nicki and Meek are dropping $30k a month to rent the 11,500 sq. ft crib. Don’t worry, they’re getting a lot for that cash — 9 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and a sprawling driveway with a 5-car garage. Parking can be a real bitch in BH. We’re told Nicki and Meek’s plans to buy L.A. property got screwed up when he got nailed with house arrest. For now, they’re going slow with a lease. We’re told only Nicki’s name is on the papers.
