Former “Martin” star Carl Anthony Payne is ready to channel his Cole Brown again. The Hollywood actor has responded to recent buzz about a reboot possibly going down.

Approached by a paparazzo this week, Payne admitted he’s ready for “Martin” to make a much-needed comeback and would totally co-sign a Netflix rollout.

“I’ve heard,” Payne said when asked if he had heard about the “Martin” reboot rumors. “People are talking. You know? It means, we’re all talking. I’m saying, people are talking. [Would I be down for a reboot?] Absolutely. Why not? I think the people want it. I think it’s long overdue. We created magic in a bottle. Why not do it again? … I think there’s a lot of room to grow there [at Netflix]. It would be smarter and better and funnier.” (TMZ)

Earlier in the month, Martin Lawrence, Tisha Campbell-Martin and Tichina Arnold caved into “Martin” reboot speculation.

We got Martin Lawrence (aka Martin Payne), Tisha Campbell-Martin (aka Gina) and Tichina Arnold (aka Pamela) leaving Morton’s Steakhouse in Burbank Thursday, so we had to ask if the rumors are true … and it sure seems like they are. Martin and the ladies play it coy at first, but all 3 of them can’t stop dishing out the deets once they start reminiscing … until Tisha steps in to shut it down … twice! (TMZ)

Lawrence also hit up social media to share pics from the low-key outing.

A few days ago, Tisha Campbell finally responded to rumors about a “Martin” reboot going down.

“I can’t tell you,” Campbell said when asked about her alleged conversation with Martin Lawrence over bringing the show back. “Who [put the news out?] Oh yeah. Yeah. Let me tell you something. It has been an honor to be Gina all these years and it’s surprising that people still love those characters so much. So, I can’t tell you guys anything but it is very exciting. But you guys, I will tell you this, Hip Hollywood is the first to ask me that question. So you might want to put it out there.” (Hip Hollywood)
