Atlanta’s DJ Drama hinted at Wayne putting together a follow-up to 2013’s Dedication 5 on Instagram in early February.
Although he could not pencil in an exact date, Young Money president Mack Maine recently promised an early 2015 Carter V release.
“He’s touching up the album and about to start another special project for the people. I can’t give a definitive date. I can just say first quarter for sure. We’re still in talks right now, trying to get the plans together. The industry shuts down towards the end of the year anyway. It’s coming out. Don’t get it twisted like it’s not coming out. He wants it out, the fans want it out.” (99 Jamz)
Wayne’s got too many things he’s working on. One solid release is what we’re waiting for.
No we aren’t, you lying dummy. I so hate you.
We’ve been waiting on C5 for a minute and S4TW2 was just all right. Wayne’s gotta come strong.
