Young Money executive Mack Maine has reportedly agreed to begin a three-year probation period related to an alleged 2013 Oklahoma crime.

According to reports, Maine avoided a trial by coming to terms on probation.

Instead, he reached a plea agreement with prosecutors and was sentenced Oct. 8. Under the agreement, he was ordered to be on probation for three years and to pay a $45 fine, a $45 victims compensation assessment and $583 in court costs. Restitution was not required because he already had reached a private settlement with the assault victim. Prosecutors dropped the sexual battery count. (News OK)

Back in September 2013, Maine turned himself over to authorities to address his two felony charges of sexual battery.

Today, he’s facing the consequences. Maine turned himself in to Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office early on Friday (Sept. 20). The rapper was jailed with a $9,000 bond. The charges arrived when the Young Money leader invited Rachel Reed and Cailey Maddox into a tour bus and allegedly held it shut when the two tried to leave. (The Drop FM)

Past reports claimed Maine had received two felony criminal charges stemming from a mid-August 2013 incident.

Mack Maine — who’s rapped with everyone from Lil Wayne to Rick Ross — has been hit with two felony criminal charges in Oklahoma after cops say he sexually assaulted a female fan and then punched the woman’s female friend in the face … TMZ has learned. (TMZ)

Court documents suggested Maine held the victim against her will when she tried to leave.

The docs say, “Rachel got upset and when she and Cailey tried to leave the bus, [Mack Maine] held the door shut.” “Once the door was opened, Cailey was walking down the steps but turned and looked back to call for Rachel and [Mack] punched her in the face, breaking her jaw and knocking her down.” No word on when Mack is due in court. 1. Lmao at Lil Wayne in the pic above. Why do these rappers in any way believe that pretending to hold up an imaginary gun/rifle looks intimidating or cool. That shit is straight corny, and so are these scared rappers, trying way too hard to act tough on camera, when we know they really aren’t about that life. They need to act this way all the time cuz they don’t want the truth to slip up. A real G knows what he’s about and doesn’t need to mention it in every song. Hip Hop is so shitty now it’s depressing.
