Young Money president Mack Maine and Cash Money boss Birdman have reportedly been sued for using the wrong person’s image on music cover art.

According to reports, the YMCMB executives were hit with a lawsuit for misidentifying a teenager for his “Ethan Couch” artwork.

Mark and Becky English claim they were shocked to learn a picture of their 17-year-old son was slapped on the cover of Mack Maine’s album, misidentifying him as Ethan Couch. You may recall, Couch got a slap on the wrist — treatment facility and no jail time — for driving drunk and killing 4 people. He got off after making the “affluenza” defense — claiming he was the product of wealthy, privileged parents who never taught him right from wrong. (TMZ)

Earlier this month, Mack Maine came to terms with a plea agreement related to a 2013 sexual assault case.

Instead, he reached a plea agreement with prosecutors and was sentenced Oct. 8. Under the agreement, he was ordered to be on probation for three years and to pay a $45 fine, a $45 victims compensation assessment and $583 in court costs. Restitution was not required because he already had reached a private settlement with the assault victim. Prosecutors dropped the sexual battery count. (News OK)

Back in September 2013, Maine turned himself over to authorities to address his two felony charges of sexual battery.

Today, he’s facing the consequences. Maine turned himself in to Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office early on Friday (Sept. 20). The rapper was jailed with a $9,000 bond. The charges arrived when the Young Money leader invited Rachel Reed and Cailey Maddox into a tour bus and allegedly held it shut when the two tried to leave. (The Drop FM)

Past reports claimed Maine had received two felony criminal charges stemming from a mid-August 2013 incident.
