Rap mogul Ludacris is proving it's never too late to fulfill your life goals. He recently received an honorary Bachelor of Science in Music Management degree from Georgia State University.
Ludacris was given an honorary degree and celebrated alongside 800 master’s degree graduates on Wednesday.
The “Fast & Furious” star attended GSU for a few years before dropping out for a “once-in-a-lifetime” opportunity. Luda left the Music Management program at GSU in the mid-90s to sign a record deal with Def Jam Records, going on to release several multi-platinum albums and becoming a sought-after Hollywood star.
The Grammy award-winning rapper praised the campus for not only having its first African-American President in almost a century, but for also graduating more African-Americans than any other university in America.
