According to reports, Luda’s dicey “Dancin’ Dirty” bars were used in the case.

In particular, the attorney asks whether the lyrics to his song ‘Dancin Dirty’ featuring Chris Brown, from Luda’s #IDGAF mixtape, promote date rape. While examining him on the stand, she zeroes in on the second verse: After reading the lyrics, she continues the line of questioning, asking Bridges, “You’re talking about date rape there aren’t you?”

“No ma’am,” Bridges responds.

“What are you talking about?”

“I’m just talking about partying and having fun.”

After some more question, she attempts to bring it home: “Would you like for Cai to have this experience with a young man?”

Bridges responds,”When Cai becomes an adult, if she wants to have a good time, then that’s her right as an adult.” (Creative Loafing)

On “Dirty Dancin,” Luda references sexual activities between men and women.

Throw it, throw it like you know it
These girls be actin’ shy but you just ain’t afraid to show it
I got all this money and I’m damn sure fin’ to blow it
Cuz she asked me for a drink and I’m damn sure fin’ to po’ it
I’m a, make it strong, she said she like it fruity
In another 30 minutes I’ll be feelin’ on her booty
An hour after that I’ll have her twisted like a cyclone
Legs wrapped around me til she squeeze me like a python
I call that slizzer we both been gone off that liquor
She let down all her defenses and yes I give her the business
With the quickness she came to her senses, while I’m tappin’ and snappin’ pictures
Relentless but so persistent now she said it’s just Ludacris’s” (Dancin’ Dirty”)

Luda won primary custody of his one-year-old daughter earlier in the week.

The decision comes after baby mama Tamika Fuller bitterly testified Luda didn’t want the baby when he found out she was pregnant, and even tried to negotiate an abortion by throwing 10K her way. But sources connected with the rapper tell TMZ … the judge reviewed the report from an independent expert as well as the testimony and concluded Luda was the more fit parent. (TMZ)

Luda had also confirmed the judge’s decision and expressed his excitement to have custody.

Luda tells TMZ, “I am gratified that the judge found me to be the most fit and proper parent to have primary physical custody of our beautiful daughter.” (TMZ)

Pics of Luda’s daughter Cai Bella started to make their rounds online last fall.

Ludacris’ Baby mother Tamika Fuller is sharing new pics of their daughter…except she’s keeping baby Cai Bella’s face from being shown. And we hear, it’s per Ludacris’ orders. Tamika declared her almost 11-month-old baby girl as her #WCW on her Instagram recently, with the caption, “My #wcw #wce #wc4l #myTink #myheart #mybaby #myprecious #myreason #myeverything #MommyGang #blessed” (The YBF)

  1. Lawyer grabbing for straws…her client lost the case before they hit the court room blasting him on the Net. Damn this is the 21 century you’d think a lawyer would tell her to not do anything or say anything about the father on the internet.
