Los Angeles Lakers star Lonzo Ball might want to consider asking for a Young Money Sports management discount after putting Lil Wayne atop the rap game. The NBA rookie has saluted Weezy F. Baby as the best rapper alive.
In a new 24-second Q&A spot, Lonzo dished quick answers on a range of topics including who his current fave rapper alive is.
In the latest edition of the Los Angeles Lakers’ “24 Seconds” video segment, Ball had to answer a series of rapid fire question as quick as he can. When it came to name the best rapper alive, the rookie star quickly said Lil Wayne. (247 Sports)

In late February, footage emerged of Lonzo balling with rap veteran Bow Wow.
In a recent interview, Lonzo named his current top five favorite rappers but Bow Wow didn’t make the cut.
“My top five is Future, Drake, Quavo, Offset, 21 [Savage].”

Last year, Lonzo sparked attention after calling out rap veteran Nas‘ relevance.
It started a couple months ago when Ball said, “nobody listens to Nas anymore.” Look, he’s right — it’s not like “Illmatic” or “Life Is Good” is banging with the youths right now. But at the same time, we can acknowledge that Nas is a hip-hop legend and probably deserves more respect than Ball gave him right there, even if he’s only a 20-year-old kid. (SB Nation)
Yo how Lonzo Ball say “Nas ain’t relevant” then walk into Madison Square Garden with a hoodie imitating Nas’s Illmatic album cover 🤦🏽♂️. This is trolling at its finest by #bbb 😂 pic.twitter.com/t33zJS6h5b
