East Coast rapper Logic is keeping 100 on the non-stop shade he’s received from Joe Budden. The hip-hop entertainer recently talked about the disses fired his way from the rap veteran leading up to the release of his last album No Pressure.

Logic Addresses Joe Budden Disses

In a new Hot 97 interview, Logic didn’t hold back on discussing Budden’s frequent decisions to single him out publicly. Log even went as far as to blame Joe for helping contribute to his battles with depression as a mixed race entertainer.

“He doesn’t like me for whatever reason. He wants to say I’m not Black enough, I’m not good enough. He’s a person who’s led to part of my depression, some of my darkest spaces – your words, they make people want to kill themselves, bro.” (Hot 97)

Wait, There’s More

Last week, New Jersey rapper Joe Budden didn’t hold back on going off about Logic’s music. While he didn’t take aim at Log as a person, Joe did admit he couldn’t support his recent music.

“I like the symbolism of his album cover if this is indeed the artwork. Logic, float away from the speakers – the speakers look like they would be floating away from this trash. … If he wasn’t retiring, I wasn’t listening to this. And then he’s going to try to soften it up by saying, ‘I’m going to go and be a dad.’ No, no, no. We support that n*gga. Be a father. Like OG said but yeah, the speakers should be floating away. … Get Logic the f*ck out of here. And it’s not personal – no it’s not – he is and has been horrible for a long time, in Joe’s opinion, as a rapper.”

Before You Go

Recently, Log went to his social media pages to calm concerned fans down. He shared a grip of shots showing his wife and recently born mini-me and also vowed to still maintain a connection with his supporters despite not music-making.

“Privacy with family is something that is very important to me me. However my fans have been my family since this all started so I wanted to share with you a glimpse into the life I am now diving into head first. I would like you to meet LB as we call him, Little Bobby. And my beautiful wife Brittney who is an incredible mother. These two make me the happiest man in the world and it’s a happiness nothing else has ever been able to fulfill. I know the news of retirement may be bittersweet when understanding the motives behind it. But worry not dear listener. I will still be here for you. This will now if anything only allow me to focus more on not only my family. But YOU! My family reading this. Without the stress of this industry we can communicate more. Interact more, and I’m so excited for that. I love you and thank you so so much for being here with me all these years. Now let’s all kick back, love life and enjoy each day having fun… No Pressure” -Logic’s Instagram
