Vixen Lira Mercer recently spoke on her past relationship with ex-fiancé Rick Ross and talked about her now-infamous picture alongside Maybach Music Group’s Meek Mill.
Mercer downplayed the Meek pic and said it was a work-related situation.
“I’m not worried about the picture with Meek. It was just a picture that I posted on my Instagram. I was at work, I used to dance and it was just a picture,” Mercer said. “I think the initial breakup was a combination of everything from people digging up tweets when I was 17-years-old tweeting about different people, to the picture of Meek. I went to his (Ross’) tagged photos one day and it was only that picture of Meek, and it was just that photo. Everybody just kept posting it and I felt like as a man, he just couldn’t handle it when it was just nothing. I feel like during that time apart he realized he was tripping, so we got back together.” (Global Grind)
A few months ago, Lira’s mom addressed the Meek Mill picture going viral.
“No engagement is off,” Galore told us. “I just got off the phone with my son in law.” Momma Galore explained that the picture in question were from an All-Star Weekend event a couple years back when Lira briefly worked as a stripper. “Those are old pictures,” the mom said. “She used to dance, and Lira and Meek posted that pic in 2013 for All Star Weekend. … Ross knows this. Asked about what went down during the two-week split, Ricky Rozay opted out of providing any details or context in November.
