Grammy-winning rapper Lil Wayne really sounds like he doesn’t like Baby anymore. The hip-hop veteran has possibly fired off a few shots at the Cash Money boss on his new “Vizine” release.

The must-hear record features Weezy F. Baby putting in some lyrical work and blasting away some noticeable Birdman shade with a “No one man should have all that power if he can’t afford to pay” line.

An allusion to the 2010 Kanye West song POWER but also a jab at Birdman. Wayne plays on the phrase “man should” (which sounds like mansion) to comment on how Birdman lost his Miami mansion due to unpaid loans. (Genius)

Recently, Birdman promised to soon deliver Lil Wayne’s long-delayed Tha Carter V album.

“He is the best ever to me,” he said. “A lot of success comes from under his umbrella. I think it’s gonna be the biggest album of 2018, one of them. Without a doubt. It’s gonna be well worth the wait.” (Rap-Up)

In August 2017, Lil Wayne explained why he would not put out Tha Carter V in a rushed effort to satisfy fans.

“Of course you’re going to see Tha Carter V. I just don’t want to put it out the wrong way. Honestly, I can do what I want at any time. The fans deserve it to be right and that’s how it’s gonna be. I’ma make sure it’s right. I can drop whatever I want to drop. That’s why I keep dropping whatever I want to drop. But, I’m not going to give Carter V the wrong way.” (Q93)

Last year, Baby provided fans with an album update.

Birdman echoed the same message he offered on Travis Scott’s Beats 1 show in January when asked for The Carter V’s release date. “You will get it this year,” he said. “Me and Wayne will be aight. I’ma make that work. That’s my son and I love him, and we’ll make it happen.” (Billboard)
