Grammy-winning rapper Lil Wayne has publicly co-signed Canadian hip-hop artist Jazz Cartier‘s new “Lil Wayne” tribute track.

Weezy F. Baby jumped on Twitter last night (July 3) to applaud the new audio gem.

Shortly after Wayne’s shout-out, Jazz made sure to acknowledge it.

This past holiday weekend, Jazz treated fans to the new single.

The song, which premiered on tonight’s episode of OVO Sound Radio, was produced by up-and-coming “cinematic trap” producer Lantz, who previously worked with Cartier on his critically-acclaimed Marauding In Paradise mixtape. (The FADER)
