Grammy-winning rapper Lil Wayne isn’t waving the white flag anytime soon. The hip-hop veteran has reportedly added more fuel to his Cash Money legal war.

According to reports, Wayne filed an amended petition Wednesday (July 5) which includes Cash Money co-owners Baby and Slim plus Universal Music Group.

Wayne, who is seeking more than $40 million in actual damages, claims that Cash Money has yet to pay him the $8 million advance he’s owed for Tha Carter V, and is preventing him from receiving any profits he should made off the success of Young Money acts Drake and Nicki Minaj. The latter part is a real point of contention for Wayne, who is accusing Cash Money and Universal Music Group of conspiring to withhold money he should have made through Drake’s solo recordings. Last night, Wayne updated fans on his legal bout and released new music to his day one supporters.

Last month, Cash Money boss Baby tossed up a vintage Hot Boyz Instagram pic.

A few hours prior, the Internet went ballistic with a graphic clip of Lil Wayne bashing Birdman at a live concert.
