My father did a whole bunch of things. He was the first black entrepreneur. There was Berry Gordy but we’re talking a different genre of music. We’re talking about rap now. He set the tone for the Baby’s. He set the tone for the Master P’s. He set that whole tone for all of them. He proved you could own your own masters, which he did.
I don’t know if they do but he did at the time. Something that’s always swept under the table is the individual heart he had. He went to the White House. Do you know how he got there? Do you remember how he donated to a lot of kids and did special things and especially orphans. That’s why he was a great father, because he loved kids.
He’s looked at as a ruthless drug dealer but he was like he was in the songs. He’d say he was like Robin Hood, stealing from the rich and giving to the poor.

He was not the first black rapper record company owner! Its funny that Luke in Miami had and owned Luke records! Luke had 2 live crew before NWA came out. He discovered JT Money, Truck Daddy, Pitbull and H-Town! Lul Eazy E need to do his homework, Luke Records was a company in 85-86 b4 Ruthless records IJS!!!
