According to the Based God, the Western Conference Finals champion is shook to play him in basketball.

“This is the second time KD backed down playing one on one game with Lil B Keep it forellllaa i dont no who really bout that hoop li – Lil B,” Lil B tweeted September 2nd.

“If u serious bout dat hoop or nba DM me – Lil B,” he tweeted September 3rd. (Lil B’s Twitter)

Reports claim tensions between the basketball star and rapper sparked back in late spring.

It started during the playoffs last year when KD called Lil’ B a “wack” rapper. You know how rappers love them a celebrity beef to up their profile, you had a feeling this was not going to die Now Lil B has a new video out called “Warm Ups” on which he calls out Durant. So Durant took to twitter and said “Yo shut up.” I like it. I think the “yo” really makes it. Durant stuck with that theme in his next tweet: “Yo leave me alone lol, if you wanna play me you gotta come to OKC I’m not coming to Oakland.” Actually, Durant will be in Oakland on Jan. 23 because Golden State’s Oracle Arena is in Oakland, but that’s nit picking. Besides, Lil B was all down with coming out to the OKC to play and tweeted: “”So book a ticket to OKC for this Monday? @KDTrey5 I WILL BE THERE FLIGHT IN THE MORNING, AND PREP.” (NBC Sports: Pro Basketball Talk)

Recently, KD revealed what hip-hop artists he would ink if given a record label.

“If I started a record label today I would sign Drake, I would sign Wale and Rihanna,” said KD. “Drake, just because he has that icon type of status now. Wale, hometown guy on the come up. Just like me, a young guy that’s trying to find his way. Rihanna is just — she’s like the new thing for the women side of what she does and she’s doing a phenomenal job.” (SWAG)

Last week, the OKC leader hinted at possible plans to drop his own hip-hop album.

“I enjoy doing a lot of different things. I’m a basketball player. That’s what I do and what I love but that’s just not all who I am. I’m talented in a lot of different areas. Rapping is one of those things I just enjoy doing. I have fun doing. [Basketball player] Stephen Jackson is pretty good. He’s a nice rapper. It’s a privilege to be on a song with him. It’s not one of those songs where you’re just talking about how much money you got. It’s one of those inspirational kind of deals. … I think I’m going to do something. I have some resources and some nice people that’s going to help me out. I have a studio in my house already. Maybe I might put out a little something and have a little something.” (Washington Post)
