Less than 24 hours after rap star Wiz Khalifa showed the world how cops treated him during a Los Angeles International Airport bust, a law enforcement source has come forward with new details.
According to reports, Wiz does not have to worry about any charges following yesterday’s hoverboard incident.
2:00 PM PST — A law enforcement source tells TMZ Wiz was only detained for failure to comply … he was eventually released after apologizing and will not face charges. (TMZ)
Wiz took to his Twitter page Saturday (August 22) to show his bust and also address the situation.

Back in June, Wiz agreed to pay a fine for a past marijuana crime.
The Wiz Khalifa arrest that became more famous for what happened in jail — rather than what landed him there — is finally over … and he only had to pay a small fine to make it go away for good. Wiz pled guilty in El Paso to misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and agreed to pay a $500 fine. The rapper was arrested in May 2014 for trying to get half a gram of weed past TSA officials. Last summer, Khalifa revealed how he brought the camera into his jail cell.
“They’re tryna figure out how many grams I had,” he added. “How ironic.” The real irony was that he got behind bars with his cellphone. “They didn’t search me enough so I took a selfie in jail,” he told Hot 97 when asked how he was able to manage bringing his phone with him. (NY Daily News)

What’s there understand?? That dummy was on a damn hoverboard at the airport! They don’t play that $h!t at airports nowadays.. It was NOT b/c he was black, it was because he is an idiot and he thought b/c he’s somewhat famous he can do whatever he wants..
I didn’t say anything referring to his skin color. I wanted to understand why a hoverboard would be considered dangerous?

Some airports actually allow you to ride them I saw a few people a few weeks back at O’Hara airport on them. I guess it just depends on the sec. crew
