New York musician Lauryn Hill has added her own twist to Drake’s “Nice For What” banger. The hip-hop veteran recently took to the stage to revamp the “Ex-Factor”-sampled single.
New footage has emerged of L-Boogie providing fresh vocals over the Billboard Hot 100 song’s instrumental.
During Hill’s set at the Apollo Monday night, the legend jumped out: “See this is ‘Ex-Factor’/He took the sample/My shit is classic/Here’s an example,” she sang, in place of Drake’s regular chorus. “Stop acting like you didn’t grow up singing my songs,” Hill rapped. “I swooped down on the bitch like I had wings on my arms.” The Boy made a song celebrating women, and now he’s been rightly put in his place. A few days ago, OVO Sound affiliate Preme hinted at what fans should expect from Drake’s upcoming Scorpion album.

Recently, Preme shared an in-studio shot of himself and the 6 God.
In mid-April, Drake hopped on IG to reveal a couple of his upcoming Scorpion album’s executive producers.
Stfu Lauren, Drakes response should be:
We sample beats, you sue and try to fight us
Maaaan, you still be home with arthritis!
If we didn’t revive em, bring back alive
Old beats that we appreciated, you wouldn’t survive
You’d be another memory to us
Ashes to ashes and dust to dust…..
Wish I had more hands, so I could give those “bars” 4 thumbs down! lol Whack AF
