Florida rapper Kodak Black is living life like a free man. The hip-hop newcomer has kept fans updated on his whereabouts following a publicized jail bond release.

Kodak flooded his Instagram page Friday (December 2) with posts celebrating his freedom.

Yesterday, details surrounding Black’s jail bond release emerged across the Internet.

Rapper Kodak Black is free from jail. The Pompano Beach rapper posted $100,000 bond Thursday and was released in Florence County, S.C., where he is charged with criminal sexual conduct. Black, whose given name is Dieuson Octave, is accused of assaulting a woman after playing a show in Florence, S.C., on Feb. 6. Octave’s attorney in South Carolina, Beattie Ashmore, said his client “should be headed home.” (Sun-Sentinel)

Earlier in the week, rap star Future showed KB support on Twitter.

The hip-hop newcomer still faces decades behind bars if convicted in his case.

On Wednesday, details emerged in the sexual battery case after the arrest warrant was released to the public. If convicted of the crime, Kodak Black could face up to 30 years in prison. Representatives for Kodak Black and Florence County Jail were not immediately available for comment. (The FADER)
