Los Angeles Lakers coach Byron Scott has stood behind star player Kobe Bryant amid his struggles at the start of this NBA season.
Despite some poor performances, Scott has no plans of benching Kobe.
“Yeah, there’s going to be some games like that that you’re just going to live and die with it,” Lakers coach Byron Scott said of Bryant’s shooting. “You just hope that you don’t die too much. You hope that you can live a little bit more. Yeah, there’s going to be some nights like that.” (ESPN)
Dipset leader Cam’ron reacted to Kobe’s retirement announcement last weekend.
Sports fan Lil Wayne paid his respect to Bryant on Twitter Monday (November 30).
The NBA veteran revealed his decision in an open letter titled “Dear Basketball” last weekend.
You gave a six-year-old boy his Laker dream
And I’ll always love you for it.
But I can’t love you obsessively for much longer.
This season is all I have left to give.
My heart can take the pounding
My mind can handle the grind
But my body knows it’s time to say goodbye. (“Dear Basketball”)
