Grammy-winning rapper T.I., who recently starred in superhero flick Ant-Man, is making headlines this weekend for reportedly owing nearly $5 million in back taxes.
According to reports, the “King of the South’s” money woes goes back to 2012.
Rapper T.I. has been accused of owing more than $4.5 million in unpaid taxes. According to documents obtained by Dailymail.com, the Live Your Life hitmaker owes money from 2012 and 2013. Officials at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) filed two tax liens against T.I. in Atlanta, Georgia on 10 August (15), with one bill for $1.4 million and the other for $3.2 million. (Philly)
Despite the perceived seriousness, Tip’s camp assured worried fans the matter would be settled.

Recently, T.I. revealed his upcoming The Dime Trap album would remind fans of his early pre-fame days.
