One of the women who received assistance through this collaboration was Danielle Davis, a resident of Philadelphia. In 2012, she was convicted of a non-violent offense, resulting in a 23-month parole term and three years of probation.

Unfortunately, due to unpaid restitution, her probation was extended for an additional 23 months in 2017, accompanied by another three-year probation period. In 2022, her probation was extended for another three years to compound her struggles. With the help of Kim K, Rubin, and the REFORM Alliance, Davis could finally see a glimmer of hope.
