The drama started after Odom allegedly referenced Khloé’s multiple relationships with NBA players.

A few years ago, Lamar had attention on himself after receiving medical attention following a Las Vegas brothel incident.
In response, Kim added, “or second or third brothel,” alluding to Odom’s well-known hard-partying and wild antics that once resulted in him being found unconscious in a Nevada brothel. Though Khloe and Lamar had been separated at that point, the Kardashians still rallied around Odom and supported him throughout his time in the hospital and his subsequent return to public life.
