Reality superstar Kim Kardashian is reportedly under fire after appearing on the cover of an upcoming issue of Us Weekly and supposedly discussing how she shed pounds without surgery.
According to reports, Kim K’s representative denied the TV personality posed for Us Weekly.
US Weekly published photos of a slim and trim Kim Kardashian walking on the beach in a bikini with the headline: My Body Is Back. There are just two problems with that statement. (1) Kim didn’t pose for the photos or talk to the magazine. And (2), experts we talked to say the cover photo is airbrushed to make her thinner. FOX411 reached out Kim’s rep who told us “We didn’t do an US Weekly cover. I haven’t seen it yet. I’m told they have used paparazzi shots.” The rep said the pictures were not approved by the Kardashian camp, but were probably taken in Miami over the Thanksgiving weekend. (Fox News)
Various media outlets have also suggested the photos appear altered.
“I qualitatively think that it looks like they airbrushed the neck — not the head…she has a naturally small head — which makes her head look ‘off’ and her hips,” said Chris Spagnuolo, editorial director of Guyism.com.” [Her] waist doesn’t look normal, especially compared to all of the other full body bikini photos of her.” Bill Swift, editor at celebrity site Egotastic.com said “the photo has been touched up heavily. But that’s fairly standard, especially for covers.” (Fox News)

It’s not exactly a surprise that Kanye West is Kim Kardashian’s biggest fan. The 36-year-old musician sang his fiancée’s praises during an On Air With Ryan Seacrest radio interview on Tuesday, Oct. 29. In fact, he’s lobbying to get the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star her first Vogue cover. “There’s no way Kim Kardashian shouldn’t be on the cover of Vogue. She’s like the most intriguing woman right now. She’s got Barbara Walters calling her like everyday,” he said, noting that reality stars have often been overlooked by mainstream fashion magazines. “And collectively, we’re the most influential with clothing. No one is looking at what [Barack Obama] is wearing. Michelle Obama cannot Instagram a [bikini] pic like what my girl Instagrammed the other day.” (E! News)

The “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star posed in a barely-there white swimsuit that left very little to the imagination, including her very famous derriere.
