Kim Kardashian penned a love note to the rapper that she posted on her Instagram page. Kim posted the note next to one of their wedding photos, which shows the couple kissing. She writes, “Happy Birthday to my husband and best friend in the entire world!” Kardashian adds, “You have changed my life in more ways than you know! The way you look at life inspires me! Kim K revealed her special birthday cake surprise to Ye on her Instagram page this past weekend.
Kardashian posted an Instagram photo of the cake, which spells out “Yeezus,” the title of West’s latest studio album.
