Khloé Kardashian Reveals What NBA Star’s Helped Her Through Lamar Odom Crisis

Reality television star Khloé Kardashian has stepped forward to dish on her relationship to NBA star James Harden and explained her status with hospitalized ex-husband Lamar Odom.

Kardashian said despite her intimate relationship with Harden, she has remained supportive of Odom.

“I’m there helping him, and I love him and I’ve always loved him and that will never change, and I just feel like it’s a really insensitive thing to fast-forward a divorce,” Khloé said. “You know, it’s definitely a very unique situation, to say the least. [Harden’s] fine with it. I mean, we have to communicate a lot. And he’s really supportive and great. I think the press and everything, they make it more complicated.” (“Ellen DeGeneres Show”)

Khloé thanked supporters for their prayers throughout the medical scare last month.

Some reports claimed Khloé would remain by Lamar’s side through his recovery.

Doctors are telling Lamar’s friends and family rehabilitation will take many months, and they believe an undetermined amount of damage to his body will be permanent. We’re told Lamar will have physical, speech, and other therapists working with him for the foreseeable future. As for Khloe, our sources say she has vowed to stay with him through the entire ordeal … and that includes all therapy. (TMZ)

Odom’s former NBA teammate Metta World Peace recently spoke out on his situation.

“This is nothing against Khloe. This is for the celebrities that are coming to see Lamar. They should know they’re taking away from Lamar’s children. … The only Kardashian that needs to be there is Khloe. Not every Kardashian needs to be around. They need to keep it simple, so Lamar’s children can see him whenever they want to see him. They’re waiting in line to see their own father.” (LA Daily News)
