Top Dawg Entertainment’s Kendrick Lamar is not having any issues getting people to pick up his new DAMN. album. However, K. Dot may have just received his biggest – or at least funniest – co-sign yet.
Comedian Mike Epps went to social media this week to promote the must-own album.
Reports this week revealed every track off Lamar’s new album has landed on Billboard’s Hot 100 music chart.
The rapper is just the fifth artist to land that many songs on the chart simultaneously. In all, the 14 songs from DAMN. on the latest Hot 100 (which blends streaming, airplay and sales data) garnered 388.5 million U.S. streams in the tracking week ending April 20, according to Nielsen Music. This week, Lamar announced plans to take DAMN. on a nationwide tour.
