Reality TV star Kendall Jenner is going to pay the price for using iconic 2Pac and Notorious B.I.G. pics on clothing. New reports claim the high-profile entertainer’s company is targeted in a hefty lawsuit.
Despite taking the t-shirts off the digital racks, a photographer still wants Jenner to pay up.
Famed photog Al Pereira has filed a new lawsuit against Kendall Jenner, Inc., claiming she had no right to take the image he shot of the 3 rap legends and slap it on a shirt with her face superimposed. Kendall has been under the fire for the t-shirts. She has already been sued by another photog who took a pic of Tupac, and Biggie’s Estate also threatened suit if she didn’t back down. (TMZ)
Back in June, both Kendall and her sister Kylie Jenner issued statements on the t-shirt drama.
Earlier the same day, celebs Suge J. Knight and Sharon Osbourne bashed the Jenners for using their family to push tees.
A few hours prior, the late Notorious B.I.G.‘s mom Voletta Wallace publicly went at the Jenners.
