Model Karrueche Tran is reportedly living the lavish life after moving into a new Los Angeles home and having music star boyfriend Chris Brown come through on a regular basis.
According to reports, Tran is paying $4,600 in monthly rent for her West Hollywood suburban crib.
It seems like a hefty price to pay for someone with no full-time gig … but she’s been scoring some lucrative appearances at nightclubs recently — thanks to Chris, of course. The neighbors are cool with her and so far Chris hasn’t acted up. But considering his history of not getting along with his neighbors — see here and here — that is subject to change. (TMZ)

Despite the never-ending rumor mills, Chris Breezy recently admitted he did not stress out over Karrueche gossip.
“[When] you read [things in] the media, you’ll see ‘this happened’ and ‘that happened,’ but I just let them talk,” he told MTV News. “Because, at the end of the day, that’s what their job is.” The X singer added that two years ago, he would’ve reacted differently, but things have changed. “You’ve gotta mature at some point and not give them that attention…when it comes to all the extra hoopla, that just gets lost in translation with me.” (MTV)

Chris posted a photo of KT and playfully suggested they should have a child on Instagram in August.
