The Kardashians are all about putting family first. New reports claim the K-Clan have rushed to Kanye West‘s side in light of his publicized California hospitalization.

According to gossip buzz, Kris Jenner, Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian have headed Ye’s way to check on him.

The 3 family members boarded a private jet Tuesday afternoon leaving NYC, after staying behind Monday to honor the late Robert Kardashian at the Angel Ball.
Kim didn’t waste any time rushing to her husband’s side when he was hospitalized — she was back in L.A. the same day she left. The fam followed as quickly as possible. (TMZ)

This week, rap veteran Twista penned an open letter to Ye in light of the medical drama.

Fellow Chi-Town rapper Chance The Rapper has also sent his prayers to Yeezy.

“I want to extend a special prayer to my big brother Kanye West. I know it’s a lot of weird folks out there but you already know that I’m a hundred grand and I want to just extend this prayer and this love from all the way in Britain.
