Grammy-winning rapper Kanye West might have some serious explaining to do with audio from his rumored “Saturday Night Live” meltdown surfacing this week.

A 65-second clip of Yeezy’s backstage tantrum, which included going at country music star Taylor Swift, emerged online Wednesday (February 17).

In an audio clip exclusively obtained by Page Six, Kanye can be heard repeatedly yelling at “SNL” production staff, “Don’t f–k with me,” before branding Swift — who he claims on his new album he made famous — a “fake ass”. Then the hotheaded rapper went on to proclaim that he is “50 percent more influential” than legendary filmmaker Stanley Kubrick, Pablo Picasso, Paul the Apostle — who was handpicked by Christ to deliver the gospel — and even the notorious drug runner Pablo Escobar. Details of the explosive incident emerged online earlier in the day.

“Just moments leading into the live show, and during the live show, Kanye had a meltdown and threatened to walk off,” said a source familiar with the scene. “It had something to do with the set,” said a source. “Kim, who was in the audience with Kylie Jenner, had to come down. [‘SNL’ executive] Lorne [Michaels] had to personally talk to Kanye. There were a few really tense minutes” when it looked like West was walking, leaving the live NBC show in the lurch.” (Page Six)

G.O.O.D. Music affiliate Rhymefest recently shared his concerns over Kanye’s mental well-being on Twitter.

Kanye performed alongside Thugger and a few key high-profile musicians on the popular broadcast last Saturday (February 13) evening.

Following an introduction from host Melissa McCarthy, he debuted “Highlights” alongside a star-studded cast including Young Thug, El DeBarge, Kelly Price, The-Dream, and A$AP Bari. For his second performance, Kanye was joined by Kirk Franklin, The-Dream, Kelly Price, and Chance the Rapper (in his second appearance this season) for the live debut of “Ultralight Beam.” (Rap-Up)
