Grammy-winning rapper Kanye West‘s Twitter page reportedly vanished into thin air this past weekend and scared diehard fanatics wondering about Yeezy’s digital whereabouts.
According to reports, Ye’s epic home for unleashing memorable rants disappeared sometime Sunday (August 7).
There seems to be something strange happening with Kanye West’s Twitter account today. Some users looking for The Life of Pablo rapper on the social media site have found that he was completely scrubbed away while others seem to be able to find him without any issue whatsoever. (Complex)

Once the news went viral, a Twitter representative spoke out and provided some clarity in the situation.
In a statement to The FADER, a representative clarifies that the issue was not associated “with any specific Twitter account and is now resolved.” They also released a public statement below stating that some people “may have briefly been unable to access certain Twitter accounts.” Turns out Ye’s account was just one of the unlucky few. Outside of the Twitter world, Yeezy recently appeared at rapper Drake’s OVO Fest and hinted at plans for them to release a joint project.
“Is y’all ready for this album,” Ye asked Toronto fans. “Wait a second, stop, stop, stop. Nah, I wasn’t talking about Pablo. I wasn’t talking about Views. I wanna ask y’all right now. Are y’all ready for ‘this’ album?”
