Grammy-winning rapper Kanye West is reportedly on the verge of placing his mind, body and soul into becoming the best fashion designer alive.
According to reports, Mr. West’s multiple clothing line ventures may put a strong choke hold onto his music-making ways.
After his next [collaboration] with Paul McCartney comes out, he’s going to step away from music and concentrate on clothing,” said my source. Along with songs like “Jesus Walks,” Kanye performed a slew of notable hit records at a World Aids Day New York concert a few days ago.
That left the second verse of “Black Skinhead” with more than a few holes, of course. Still, Kanye was clearly performing for the crowd in front of him, collapsing to the ground dramatically before going into “Stronger”. “Next song,” Kanye said after the chorus. “It’s supposed to cut.” The beat kept going for a few bars, forcing the rapper to head to the side of the stage and call, “Laura, next song! Kanye invaded the Big Apple’s hot spot with a few mega celebrities.
Kanye West joined the likes of U2, Carrie Underwood, Bruce Springsteen and Chris Martin at a Time Square concert Monday to recognize World AIDS Day supporting (RED). The hip-hop heavy weight delivered a nine-minute medley with some of his biggest hits, from “Power” to “Jesus Walks” to “Black Skinhead” to start. (Billboard)
Aside from this, Mr. West’s representative recently dismissed gossip involving wife Kim Kardashian.
West is not having a life-size stone sculpture of his wife’s butt made so everyone can be greeted by it when they come to his and Kardashian’s home. His rep tells Gossip Cop exclusively that the Enquirer report is “ridiculously false.” (The Gossip Cop)
