Grammy-winning rapper Kanye West has put a major co-sign on G.O.O.D. Music newcomer Nigel Holt‘s new HXLG debut album.
Yeezy boasted about the musician’s recently released offering on Twitter Sunday (March 6).
Recently, the G.O.O.D. Music stud dished on his new solo effort.
“I didn’t want anyone else on the album,” he said (although one song is produced by his cousin, Mano). He made an exception for the riot grrrl icon Kathleen Hanna, who duets with Holt on the empowered “Together.” “Because she’s the triple O.G. of everything cool,” he said. (W Magazine)
Holt publicly joined forces with Yeezy’s G.O.O.D. Music team last year.
Kanye West is loading up. The “All Day” rapper has added another MC to his potent stable of artists in the form of fellow Chicago talent Hollywood Holt — real name Nigel Holt — to his imprint G.O.O.D. Music. Holt made the announcement across his social media platforms. (Music Times)
