Grammy-winning rapper Kanye West is ready to make nice with JAY-Z. New reports claim Yeezy wants to end their publicized feud.
According to reports, Kanye has hit up Young Hov in hopes of killing the dispute.
Kanye West has reached out to Jay-Z to bury the hatchet in their latest feud … TMZ has learned. Sources familiar with the situation tell us, Kanye asked for a face-to-face with Jay, to hash out the beef that was ignited when Kanye went onstage last Fall and went after Jay, Beyonce and even Blue Ivy. In a recent Rap Radar TIDAL podcast, JAY-Z spoke out on their relationship crumbling after Ye called him out during a live show.
“You got hurt, because this guy was talking about you on a stage,” JAY-Z said referencing West’s infamous Sacramento concert rant last year. “But what really hurt me, you can’t bring my kid or my wife into it. … We’ve gotten past bigger issues, but you brought my family into it, now it’s a problem with me.” (People)
Jigga also said he believed Kanye knew of his wrongdoing.
“You know it’s a problem because me and him would have been talked about it, been resolved our issues. And he knows crossed the line. He knows. And I know he knows. ‘Cause we’ve never let this much space go between one of our disagreements and we’ve had many. That’s part of who we are.” (People)
Earlier this summer, rap veteran 2 Chainz weighed-in on longtime pal Kanye’s feelings toward JAY.
“Yeah, JAY-Z came up in that. I knew that when I was going over there [to see Kanye]. I was definitely going to talk about JAY all day. But, for the most part, bruh was like, ‘We’re still brothers,’ and stuff like that. He had a couple things that was probably personal that he’d want me to keep but we talked about the music, climate right now. L.A. Reid was over there.
