Chicago rapper Chance The Rapper isn’t letting an engagement slow down his greatness. The hip-hop star has announced plans to link up with G.O.O.D. Music head Kanye West on a new album.

In a new interview, Chance dished on getting ready to clock in studio time with Yeezy in their Chi-Town hometown.

“Working under him or working with him on his projects is crazy, but him telling me he wants to produce my album and come to Chicago and work with me. This month we’re working in Chicago.” (Windy City Live)

Recently, G.O.O.D. Music’s CyHi The Prynce hinted at Kanye’s intent to quickly put together a Ye album follow-up.

Speculation recently developed about Kanye possibly putting out 52 new records in 52 weeks.

New York Times writer Jon Caramanica recently spent three days with West for an in-depth profile, and he followed it up with a Q&A on NYT’s Popcast on Wednesday. During the podcast, Caramanica mentioned, “He said he wants to get a place in Wyoming and he thinks he wants to spend more time there. He told me at one point he wants to make 52 records in 52 weeks. Take that for what you will.” (Pigeons and Planes)
