Grammy-winning rapper Kanye West‘s finances are coming to the public forefront. New reports claim Yeezy took out a $2 million line of credit on his New York apartment months before Kim Kardashian‘s publicized robbery.

Details of Yeezy’s big mid-summer credit move have now emerged online.

The 39-year-old rapper took out the large equity line of credit on his New York City apartment, according to records filed on September 27. JP Morgan granted the line of credit to him on July 12.
The agreement states that the bank will make advances to Kanye in a principal amount not exceeding $2million. Kanye has until 2036 to pay back the funds. Kanye purchased a New York apartment in the SoHo neighborhood for $1.25million, and combined it with the unit next door. (Daily Mail UK)

This week, Kanye’s sister-in-law Khloé Kardashian spoke on Kim’s current state of mind.

“I mean, she’s not doing that well. It’s incredibly traumatic what happened to her. But our family is super close and great and we’ll get through this together. We do appreciate all of your guys’ love and support. It will take time.” (“The Ellen DeGeneres Show”)

Recent reports revealed Kim’s “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” had its production temporarily suspended.

E! has halted production on Keeping Up With the Kardashians in the wake of the incident in Paris, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed. “Kim’s well-being is our core focus right now. No decision has been made as to when production will resume,” a network spokesperson tells THR. (The Hollywood Reporter)

Last week reports suggested Kim would travel to Chicago and join Kanye on his Saint Pablo tour run.

Shortly after being the victim of a highly-publicized gunpoint robbery, Kim Kardashian West is coming to Chicago with family, the Chicago Sun-Times’ Michael Sneed reports. Sneed says the Kardashians will be in town ahead of and during Kanye West’s Saint Pablo tour show dates at the United Center Friday and the Allstate Arena Saturday. (NBC Chicago)
