Grammy-winning rapper Kanye West made a quick $3 million on the real estate market and U.O.E.N.O. New reports claim Yeezy recently banked the big bucks off a New York City apartment he bought nearly 15 years ago.
According to reports, Ye sold his SoHo apartment last month to someone living in the same building.
The pad is actually two adjacent spaces Ye purchased back in 2004 and 2006 — one for $1.89 million and other for $1.25 million … so, $3.14 million total. One was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, while the other was a studio — and Kanye eventually combined both of them into one large unit. Well, Kanye unloaded the combined and remodeled crib for $3 million in May. Considering he paid more and then clearly put work into the place … seems like he might have lost some dough on the deal. (TMZ)
Recent reports revealed Kanye and his wife Kim Kardashian‘s old California dream home is back on the open market.
TMZ broke the story, Kimye sold the 10,000 square foot home for $17.8 million back in November. It was scooped up by Ukranian billionaire Marina Acton, who also struck a friendship with Kim in the process. The crib’s full of marble floors, gold fixtures and a complete chef’s kitchen. Doesn’t look like Marina did much with the walls Kim and Kanye left her … just a lot of white. Acton tells us she’s still in love with the home, but is expecting a baby in a few months, so she needs more space … 10,000 sq. feet more! (TMZ)
