Kanye West Says He’s “Waiting On My Son To Arrive Any Day”, Wins Shoe Of The Year Award

Grammy-winning rapper Kanye West has acknowledged his second child with celebrity wife Kim Kardashian West is on the way during the Footwear News’ 29th Annual Achievement Awards show in New York this week.

During his acceptance speech for having Shoe of the Year with his adidas Yeezy Boost 350 kicks Wednesday (December 2), Ye gave attendees a baby update.

While accepting his award for Shoe of the Year thanks to the Adidas Yeezy Boost 350, West expressed his gratitude at his latest accomplishment. He also couldn’t help but acknowledge the exciting family news coming sooner rather than later. “I’m waiting on my son to arrive any day now and I look at my daughter and I look at my wife and she’s rich and I don’t plan on being broke,” he joked to the audience Wednesday night. “I’m so, so focused on creating.” (E!
