G.O.O.D. Music leader Kanye West has reacted to the news of his The Life Of Pablo album TIDAL streaming numbers going public this week.

Kanye flexed his album’s 250 million streams on Twitter yesterday (March 29).

Streaming service TIDAL unveiled big numbers including Ye’s studio album streams.

Streaming wars aside, Tidal also finally released numbers for Kanye West’s The Life of Pablo streams for the first time, after West requested the service withhold the numbers when the album first became available in February. According to Tidal, Pablo surpassed 250 million streams in its first 10 days of release. (Billboard)

This week, Ye’s “Famous” song finally landed on streaming competitors Apple Music and Spotify.

Kanye West’s ‘Famous’ is now available on Spotify and Apple Music, making it the first track from the rapper’s ‘The Life Of Pablo’ album to migrate from Tidal. West recently updated ‘Famous’, which features vocals from Rihanna and lyrics that controversially reference Taylor Swift, to include a Nina Simone sample. It is this, tweaked version of the track that now appears on Spotify and Apple Music. (NME)

Kanye announced putting the finishing touches on his “Wolves” single on streaming service TIDAL a few weeks ago.

  1. LOL this dude is acting like 250 Mil streams in 10 days is record breaking! While it is good numbers its nothing extravagant. Some Youtube MF get 5-10 Mil views a DAY!!!!Kanye lets be serious I mean thats streams….not purchased. Also I know the West dick riders will say they have to pay monthly service charge to use Tidal..true…BUT there is the free 15 day trial period and lets be realistic and do the numbers……250 Mil in 10 days…yet you get 15 free days….so you let 250 Mil people stream your album for free. Whats the reason to be so hyped up about that?
