Grammy-winning rapper Kanye West and Rick Rubin have hip-hop heads hyped. The duo couldn’t avoid paparazzo cameras this past holiday weekend in California.
A new pic has gone viral of Yeezy hitting the studio with the Def Jam co-founder and hitmaker.
After attending Easter Services with the family earlier in the day, Kanye West meets up with legendary music producer Rick Rubin at his studio in Calabasas, CA on Sunday night. West is still wearing his Sunday best as he gives a big hug to his friend and collaborater, who goes casual as usual in a white tee and black shorts. West, still rocking his Easter-colored hair, also looks excited to introduce Rubin to a family member. (Profimedia)
Last week, news went viral about Kanye reportedly parting ways with longtime manager Izvor “Izzy” Zikovic.
Zivkovic has been part of West’s management team for a number of years and was considered a close confidant of the MC. In May 2016, the Life of Pablo rapper added Scooter Braun to his management team. Braun was not part of the shakeup involving Zivkovic, and is expected to take on all management responsibilities for West, who is repped by CAA. (Billboard)
