Grammy-winning rapper Kanye West and Drake might possibly have a collaboration way bigger than their “Glow Up” anthem. New speculation has developed about Ye possibly being attached to a version of Drizzy’s chart-topping “Nice for What” smash.
According to Hot 97 radio host Ebro Darden, there could be an unreleased Yeezy version of Drake’s hit.
“I’m told when he left Wyoming or wherever, he started calling around looking for beats. That’s Drake. He was calling people looking for beats, like ‘Yo I need some records.’ And people were like, in the producer world were like, ‘You just left with Kanye? Why you looking? How come? Hmm.’ Or they just didn’t accomplish what they set out to accomplish working together. And yes, there’s supposedly, Kanye was supposed to be on ‘Nice for What’ or there’s a version of ‘Nice for What’ with Kanye we may never hear. So, it’s a very interesting scenario for hip-hop.” (Hot 97)
Coincidentally, Drake’s “Nice for What” has returned to the top of the Billboard Hot 100.
