Heading into Tuesday, pics emerged online of Kanye and Kim back at it. While details are scarce, it appears Kardashian flew out to Wyoming to be with West.
The longtime couple reunited for the first time in recent weeks on Monday, July 27. In photos obtained by TMZ, the pair was spotted driving together in Wyoming. A source tells E! News, “It got very emotional.” Their face-to-face interaction comes just two days after the 43-year-old rapper and presidential hopeful publicly apologized to his wife of six years. (E! Online)

According to reports, Kanye West had a hospital visit this past Saturday afternoon just outside of his poplar ranch. Details immediately surfaced on his low-key appearance at a Wyoming medical center.
Kanye entered the E.R. door of the hospital in Cody Saturday afternoon, and stayed inside for about 10 minutes. We’re told he returned to his ranch and a short time later an ambulance arrived on the property. This comes just an hour or so after Kanye went public to apologize to Kim for his hurtful comment — presumably about abortion. She has been desperately trying to convince her husband, who is in the middle of a serious bipolar episode, to get help, but he had shut down her efforts. (TMZ)

On Saturday, Mr. West went to Twitter and let loose his feelings. He took the L for recently blasting wife Kim K in front of the world instead of keeping their issues behind closed doors.
