Grammy-winning rapper Kanye West and Kim Kardashian West are reportedly going to have to pony up a few dollars to purchase SaintWest.com

According to reports, a film company currently owns the rights to a website which shares the same name as their newborn son.

Saint West Filmworks is based out of San Diego and, of course, owns the domain SaintWest.com and ALL multimedia rights to the name as well. Co-founder Matt Jensen tells us he’s amused Kim and Kanye decided to go with “Saint” Jensen says his company has already done considerable branding and marketing, but is willing to work something out with the Wests for usage rights. This week, Kim’s sister Khloé Kardashian spoke on seeing Saint in-person.

“My little nephew was born, he is so cute and so perfect. I love him. And mommy and daddy are doing fantastic.” (E! Online)

Saint’s mom Kim Kardashian announced her son’s name, Saint, on Twitter Monday (December 7) afternoon.

Buzz about Kim and Kanye’s problem coming up with their son’s name surfaced earlier the same day.

As for why the delay … we’re told Kim’s in a lot of pain. It was a difficult birth because of her condition — placenta accreta. Turns out the clock is ticking … the folks at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center tell us, parents MUST name their child within 5 days of birth, counting the day the bambino is born. And, we’re told they will not discharge the mother before a name is selected. (TMZ)
