Grammy-winning rapper Kanye West and Kim Kardashian West are reportedly still coming up blank with a name for their second child.

According to reports, KimYe are still trying to come up with North West’s brother’s name.

As for why the delay … we’re told Kim’s in a lot of pain. It was a difficult birth because of her condition — placenta accreta. Turns out the clock is ticking … the folks at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center tell us, parents MUST name their child within 5 days of birth, counting the day the bambino is born. And, we’re told they will not discharge the mother before a name is selected. (TMZ)

According to reports, KimYe welcomed their second child together in California last Saturday (December 5).

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian celebrated the birth of their second child early Saturday morning (Dec. 5) in Los Angeles. The reality star gave birth to a new baby boy about three weeks ahead of her due date. The couple confirmed to the Associated Press that Kardashian and the baby are doing well. (People)

Kim also confirmed the major news across social media this past weekend.

Last month, Kim K talked about what concerns she had over their second child on her website.

“My latest concern is that my baby is breech, meaning he’s in the wrong position for childbirth. His head is still up and it’s supposed to be down. He was supposed to turn by 32 weeks. So now, I will have to get a C-section,” she wrote on her website. However, the reality star, 35, is researching other options. She explained that, “I’ve learned that you actually can deliver a breech baby and I feel fortunate that my doctor, Paul Crane is one of the few doctors that still does this.” (ABC News)
