Grammy-winning rapper Kanye West and Kid Cudi channeled some serious Kids See Ghosts vibes last night. The duo linked up for a surprise “Ghost Town” performance in California.
New footage has surfaced of Ye and Cudder together crooning at a private Los Angeles event.
Kanye West joined Kid Cudi onstage to perform at a private party Thursday night in Los Angeles, where the rappers debuted the live rendition of the Ye standout “Ghost Town.” The impromptu show – which took place during a party to celebrate Yeezy Season 4 collaborator Willo Perron, High Snobriety reports – occurred in a small room bathed in red light where the two stars were within inches of their fans. Last month, Cudi talked about low-key linking up with West for their Kids See Ghosts album.
“It was always seven,” Cudi said when asked if they planned on dropping a seven-song album. “There are some songs that we didn’t use that I’m hopeful we can put out later. But the plan is to do more Kids See Ghosts albums.” (Billboard)
