According to reports, prosecutors want to give jurors every opportunity to paint Ye in a bad light.

Prosecutors in the Kanye West battery case want jurors to see all the videos of Kanye attacking photogs … TMZ has learned. Sources connected with the case tell TMZ … the L.A. City Attorney believes Kanye has an M.O. — when confronted by the paparazzi … ATTACK. They believe what Kanye did at LAX on July 19th — allegedly battering a photog and trying to steal his camera — is what he typically does … and they want the jury to see 4 other incidents to prove their point. Since his now-infamous 2008 Los Angeles International Aiport incident, Ye has found himself in multiple paparazzi-involved attacks.

— Friday’s 4 AM incident at Kanye’s Hollywood Hills home, where he went nuclear on the photogs, whom he claims were trespassing — July 12th: Kanye ordered a TMZ photog not to talk to him or anyone he knew, and then grabbed the camera — March 10th: Kanye went nuts on a photog shortly after he ran into a metal sign in Bev Hills — September 11, 2008: Kanye went postal on a photog at LAX. Criminal charges were filed, but later dropped after Kanye paid for the damage Under California law, judge will allow prosecutors to show “prior bad acts” if they’re relevant to the case in point. Prosecutors say the incidents clearly show how he rolls. (TMZ)

Mr. West’s physical assault on the photographer back in July came back to bite him a few weeks ago.

City attorney’s spokesman Frank Mateljan says West was also charged Friday with one count of attempted grand theft. The rapper’s arraignment has been set for Oct. 10 but he is not required to appear if he has an attorney. Photographer Daniel Ramos claims West punched him in an unprovoked attack and wrestled his camera to the ground during an incident at the airport on July 19. Prosecutors declined to file felony charges against West, but city prosecutors decided to pursue misdemeanor charges. Each carries a penalty of up to six months in jail or a $1,000 fine. (ABC News)

Buzz about Ramos possibly seeking legal action against Ye surfaced a day prior to him holding a July media conference.

Attorney Gloria Allred is set to announce the filing of a lawsuit against Kanye West over the Yeezus rapper’s confrontation with a videographer at LAX airport in mid-July. The videographer will appear alongside Allred at a news conference on Wednesday where footage of the incident will be played. The attorney will also “strongly condemn the support that some celebrities have given Kanye West for his attack on ‘paparazzi,'” reads Allred’s statement. (The Hollywood Reporter)
