Grammy-winning rapper Kanye West‘s long-awaited full “American Idol” audition footage has surfaced online.
After months of anticipation, Yeezy’s clip has gone viral.
Anyway, the full audition clip has now been released, in which West performs “Gold Digger” for the panel (Lopez, in particular, seems to be really enjoying the show). Kardashian also does an admirable job playing the traditional reality-show supportive-spouse role, telling host Ryan Seacrest, “I’m not really nervous because I do really believe in him. I didn’t give any advice on singing, rapping. I just really believe in him.” (Vanity Fair)
Back in November, “American Idol” judge Jennifer Lopez spoke out on Ye’s audition.
“Kanye just walked in the room, that’s all I can tell you! That’s all I know. For a minute, I was like, ‘Is that Kanye?’…Even though I’ve seen him a million times, in that setting I just didn’t expect it—but it was really funny,” she explained. (Just Jared)
