Grammy-winning rapper Kanye West is putting in a ton of work on Twitter this week with his latest postings related to fake accounts and his new music’s Billboard placement.

Yeezy alerted followers about bogus Kanye accounts existing on Twitter Wednesday (February 24) afternoon.

This week, talk show host Dr. Phil shared his thoughts on Ye’s publicized Twitter rants.

“Does it really take a professional? You can’t be that wrong that many times without working it. We’re talking about it, aren’t we? We are here talking about it. We’re talking about it, he gets up, [tweets] and here we are talking about it so it’s working. … Everybody thinks stuff sometimes. You’ll think of something really stupid, but we’re in a society now, we’re in a generation now, where everybody thinks you got to have an audience for everything. Listen, I don’t need to know that you just brushed your teeth. And I don’t need a picture of it, I don’t need a film of it, but we’re so narcissistic now, everybody’s doing selfies of themselves brushing their teeth. I don’t care. But everybody has to post it up.” (“The Late Late Show with James Corden”)

A few days ago, Kanye collaborator French Montana shared his thoughts on West’s publicized Twitter tirades.

“Actually, Kanye didn’t really know who Max B is,” French said referring to Yeezy recently planning on naming his The Life Of Pablo album Waves. “Which was kind of strange to me when me and him was talking. But, once I gave him the homework behind everything, we got it together. [Twitter runs?] You know, I come from that era. I do want to call him and tell him to do more. [laughs] You know, he’s the voice of our generation. His impact is crazy. Sometimes, you know, he’s saying what a lot of people are scared to say. I’ve been talking to Kanye like everyday. I feel like the things he’s trying to do is what every artist [wants to do].” (Hot 97)

Last week, rap star 50 Cent shared his thoughts on Yeezy’s Twitter presence as of late.

“That’s not it, he’s just emotional right now,” 50 said in an interview. “It boils over. It’s not marketing. How long before you get frustrated? You can look at it and say, ‘This is what he does to get our attention. This is all people take note of.’ Because when he’s doing it and it doesn’t seem like a rant, like when he’s just saying it, don’t nobody hear it. It’s not until he’s frustrated and then he says some wild sh*t then – it’s like ‘I’m the greatest artist ever.’ – the awards shows should also take credit for the production of Kanye West. They produced that. At the time, they were so afraid of the gangster energy they wanted that. When that spins out of control, keep it. Don’t try to act like you don’t want it. You keep that.” (Shade 45 “StreetzIsWatchin”)
