In a new interview, Juvie said he planned on ending his career under Baby’s watch.

“I mean it’s already done, man. I signed the paperwork,” Juvie announced in an interview when asked about possibly returning to Cash Money. “I’m signed back. Rich Gang. I’m ready to get my little tattoo and everything. It’s all love, man. I’m back. I’m here to stay, too. For everybody out there, I’m not going nowhere. I talked to him too like, ‘Man, I plan on retiring here.’ You start where you finish. I ain’t going anywhere. I’m here.” (MTV News)

A couple years ago, Juve said he did not feel obligated to work with Cash Money.

“I look at it like this. Every record company they got out here, somebody opened hte door on it. If you go to Def Jam, you go to Universal, somebody opened the door, somebody was first. I don’t look at it like they owe me something for that, in that matter. And a lot of the youngsters, they’re not going to know unless somebody tell them, that’s a great thing. I think it’s good when it’s cats out there like you [radio caller] that tell them the history of what’s going on. I don’t feel like Cash Money owes me anything or they should do an album with me. If we can sit down at the table and work it out, I really don’t have a problem with doing business with them or nobody. I mean, that’s why I was so quick to release the rights to ‘Back That Azz Up’ to Drake, just to show them I ain’t tripping, I’m a businessman.” (“Sway In The Morning”)

In 2011, Juvie offered his take on YMCMB member Drake’s decision to remix his late 1990’s anthem, “Back That Azz Up.”

“I’m kind of flattered that it was Drake and that it’s an R&B song,” he said. “I never pictured it to be used that way but he did a great job with it, man. … We started going through the clearance process and stuff like that — and when I heard it I was impressed because I really thought that ‘Back That Azz Up’ was a hard song to remake. The fact that he took it somewhere else, I think it was big. I like that.” (XXL Mag)

The rap veteran reunited with Cash Money’s Lil Wayne in Miami prior to getting arrested on a disorderly conduct charge in 2012.

Juvenile — real name Terius Gray — had just reunited with Lil Wayne on stage at LIV nightclub earlier in the evening … when something went wrong. Juve and Wayne — who were in the Hot Boys together back in the late ’90s — had a long running beef when the group broke up … and last night was the first time they have been on stage together since the feud. But around 7AM, cops say Juvenile — who’s listed at 5’11, 150 lbs — was involved in a fight that began inside the nightclub and spilled outside to the front of the hotel. Security told police the people involved in the fight were “creating a threat to life and property as well as the overall safety of the patrons inside.” Miami Beach PD responded to the scene and arrested Juve — he was hauled to a nearby station where he was booked. He is still in custody. (TMZ)
