Dipset’s Juelz Santana is on his music grind. The hip-hop veteran has come through with a revamped version of Nicki Minaj‘s “Chun-Li” anthem.
Last night, Juelz unleashed his new “Lui Kang” freestyle which features him rhyming over Nicki’s infectious instrumental.
According to reports, Santana recently requested permission to travel while on bail.
On May 4, Santana’s lawyer wrote a letter to the judge presiding over the criminal case, requesting the rapper to be allowed to leave New Jersey while out on bond. The letter explains that Santana has followed all terms of his release to date, but he needs to be able to perform to support himself, his girlfriend Kimbella, several children, and many family members. He says his touring is his only source of money. (The Blast)
Last weekend, Juelz went to Instagram and shared a pic of himself donning an ankle monitor alongside his daughter.
Recently, reports surfaced about Santana facing 20 years behind bars if convicted.
Federal prosecutors say the two-count indictment made public Wednesday charges Santana with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and carrying a weapon on an aircraft. The indictment was handed up on Monday by a federal grand jury, and he could face up to 20 years in prison if convicted on both counts. (SacBee)
